When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. We ship with USPS. Most deliveries arrive within 5–7 business days, and tracking is provided for every order.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Due to the handmade nature of our candles and sprays, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days for a replacement.
